Fair questions, straight answers

Can I use the result to accuse a student?

No. Use the result as a screening signal, then review the flagged snippets and talk to the student. A detector score should not be the basis for an accusation or grade penalty.

Will this catch every AI-generated submission?

No. No automated detector can promise that. Code can be edited, rewritten, or mixed with human work, so the report is a way to prioritize review, not a final answer.

What languages does it support?

The first version supports Python, JavaScript, Java, and C++. Those languages cover many intro and intermediate programming courses.

Do students see the report?

That depends on your course policy. If you use a screening tool, tell students how you review flagged work and give them a chance to explain their code.

Do you store uploaded code?

The retention and deletion policy is being finalized with compliance review. Do not upload code you are not allowed to share until those terms are live.

Is this a plagiarism checker?

No. Plagiarism detection compares code against other sources. This tool looks for signals associated with AI-generated code and produces a review report.
